Sean Halligan, Manager

A lot of moving here and there has shaped Sean’s notion of what a great dining experience should be. Previous experiences from Lake Tahoe to Southern California have given him great perspective on local fair as well. He used to have my own restaurant on an island so he realizes how important being a part of the community is. And on a larger scale, the great wineries of Washington State have so much to offer. As the first bartender ever for Urbane, Sean takes great pride in our wine list which only features Washington and Oregon wines. It has allowed us to develop some great friendships with our local vintners whose wines naturally enhance our local culinary fare.

Luke Hopkins, Assistant Manager

Born and raised in the great Pacific Northwest, Luke brings over 21 years of restaurant experience to Urbane. He moved to Hawaii after high school and discovered a love for cooking. Worked his way up to becoming a personal Chef and eventually owned a small cafe in Fremont. Luke was a part of the opening Urbane and has been enjoying the Urbane life ever since.

Jeff Katz, Assistant Manager

Jeff has a unique perspective on Urbane’s operation; he opened the restaurant as the Purchasing Director, which gave him a great knowledge and exposure to all the great raw materials and spirits coming in. He has a great passion for beverages and loves to try out new ideas.
