Washington is More Than Apples
We know Washington is so much more than apples – even though we’re the top apple-producing state in the U.S! While the plentiful array of Golden Delicious, Honeycrisp and Granny Smith’s may be our best known crop, the Evergreen State is also produces a rich bounty of delicious treats ranging from fresh raspberries to bountiful hops and both wild and farm-raised trout, salmon, mussels and more. >> view our River Valley Ranch video
In addition, Washington is now the second highest producer of wine in the country with more than 600 wineries, many of which offer award-winning varieties of merlot, cabernet and chardonnay. With its rich soil and diverse climates, Washington allows for an agricultural portfolio unlike any other in the United States.
It is the goal of Urbane to source our delicious produce and farm-fresh meats locally, with many of our best resources located within a 30 mile radius. The map below is just a sampling of where and who we partner with to create our ‘Farm to Table’ menu.
